It's a disgrace to see the condition of most of the restaurants around here and their health scores are in the 90's. What does it take to get a low score in this area? Ryan's is a perfect example. Doesn't anyone care about cleanliness anymore? Why, as paying customers, do we tolerate dirty restaurants, poor food quality, and slow and almost rude service? When did it become a favor for a restaurant to allow us to eat there?
