My wife's favorite "holiday" is Halloween. Every year, I spend several hours decorating our yard and house. Over the years, we have collected many unique and expensive props that we use to make a graveyard. This year, we had enough props to decorate a tree in our side yard with hanging skeletons and a flying witch. To highlight our decorations, we added spotlights. If you've driven down JC Maulding Highway this month, you have no doubt noticed our yard. It really makes us happy when we see people slow down to take it all in.

Now the reason for this post...

This morning, sometime after 2am, almost all of our decorations were stolen. This was a thoughtless, stupid and cowardly act and due to the expense involved, it was also a felony. The worst part of the entire ordeal was seeing my wife's reaction and the pain it has caused her.

What we're asking is this...

If you stole it please return it, no questions will be asked. Further, if anyone saw anything pertinent will you please post here, send me a message so that I can contact you or contact the Killen Police Department.

I hope you find them. I live in Killen and I will keep my eyes and ears open for anything that might help. Do you have any pictures of the things that are missing?

Thanks...it is sad that you can't keep stuff outside without worrying about it. I'm pretty sure it was some kids being stupid. We have turned a bunch of pictures over to the Killen Police so hopefully that will help.
My husband loves to decorate for the holidays also, we live in Franklin County and last year at Christmas someone did the same thing to us, and some of what they didn't take they destroyed. But, the worse thing they did was to kill my 6 month old puppy. Of course no one saw anything and no one has ever confessed, they could have all the decorations they just should have left my dog alone. They will answer for it one day.
