This is a shame! I knew Mary's mom well, we did alot of work for her. She was a good woman. I do not know anything about this woman though.
Is there no end to this? These people sit on their buts and draw these ridiculous salaries while I am currently working in excess of 50 hours a week to try and pay back money borrowed to pay taxes.And where does that tax money go?
Just mho, as always, but I think she would much rather be at work, earning her salary. I don't think she ever wanted to be sitting on her butt. We need to ask the Board why she's still on paid leave. Admittedly, the court didn't find enough evidence to charge her with amything, so the Board needs to either fire her or let her earn that salary she's going to keep getting until she comes of retirement age! You know, either **** or get off the proverbial pot, SCS Board!
IMH, *I* would rather be at home making 80k a year...or get a job and have 2 incomes for the price of one!
Me, too, FD! LOL! But Mary Napier had a lot of pride and love for her job and for the kids at Willson. She also had a stellar reputation before her name was drug through the mud.
I don't even think that is the issue.The greater issue is how the system waste money by dragging its feet while it costs taxpayers all this money.I don't know her so I can't speak as to how long she would prefer this situation to take to reach a resolution.
I agree. Her salary amounts to about $200.00 per year for each of the approx. 400 kids at Willson that could be better spent on the school or the kids.
