Is The Rapture finally here? One Christian numerologist says a biblical sign strongly suggests it.

David Meade tells the U.K.'s Daily Express newspaper that on April 23, the sun and moon will be in Virgo, as will Jupiter, which represents the Messiah.

For a certain branch of evangelical Christianity, Revelation 12:1–2 describes the beginning of what is known as the Rapture and the second coming of Christ.

The passage reads: “And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of 12 stars. She was pregnant and was crying out in birth pains and the agony of giving birth.”

In the passage, the woman is represented as Virgo.

According to Meade, the alignment represents “the Lion of the tribe of Judah,” marking the Rapture, the belief that Christ will bring the faithful into paradise prior to a period of tribulation on earth that precedes the end of time.

Meade said he believes the so-called Planet X, which is also known as Nibiru, will appear above the sky on the April date, causing volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and earthquakes.

NASA repeatedly has said Planet X is a hoax.

If I am going to accept anyone's word and teaching about the Rapture it's going to be Christ teachings.  Christ did teach about the Rapture in Matthew 24 and the specific reference to the Rapture comes in Matthew 24:31 and the Cosmic signs that will be in the sky are referenced both in Matthew 24 and Revelation 6.  The Rapture is one thing that so many people have been taught about and yet know so little about it.

In fact so may put so much faith in a pre-trib rapture that is totally not supported by scripture and cannot even be addressed unless scripture is taken symbolically or figuratively, anything but literal.   There is only ONE Rapture timing position that is backed up by literal scripture interpretation and that was taught by Christ and that is what is known as the Pre-Wrath Rapture.   Not Pre-Tribulation, Not Mid-Tribulation and not Post-Tribulation but a Rapture that scripturally occurs just prior to God's Wrath being released upon the world.

Sorry to say the signs are not yet there to signal that the period or season of the Rapture is approaching and near.  The first sign that will be presented unto the Church and body of Christian believers is when the Antichrist signs a 7-year peace treaty/ agreement/treaty with Israel that gives Israel the ability to restore their temple worship again.  3 1/2 years into that agreement the Antichrist will revoke that agreement and set up the abomination that causes desolation to the Israel Temple and then will also set out to destroy, kill, eliminate all Jews and Christians that will not or do not convert to Islam.  I say Islam because most all the signs and information relating to the antichrist mirror the description of the Islamic Mahdi (12th Imam) that is to come in the last days along with the return of the Islamic Jesus.  I'm sure these people have good intentions and really do believe in what they are saying but I can't help but believe they are not reading the truth in the Scriptures but rather are making the same errors that the pre-tribulation advocates are making and make and that is making scripture change to reflect their opinion or support their particular opinion/belief rather than taking scripture literally and taking Christ words for what He actually said.

Believers should pay attention to Matthew 24 and just what that Chapter is about and why it was written.  Christ was directly and specifically ask about the END days and how to recognize them and authenticate them.  Christ did answer those questions and if there is/was a pre-trib Rapture or any Rapture of the Church then it should be (and is) found there in Matthew 24.

I'm barbecuing on the 24th, everyone is invited.....

The short answer may be No within this cycle but what cycle
are we in now..??
One things for sure, the Rapture has begun when the entire
earth sees Jesus in the shy all at the same time. There will be
other things leading up to it.

A moment when you won't care if you left the lights on, or the
water running, it's all over now Baby Blue........

There are many Christians who believe in and are looking for a future Rapture to occur.  Of those who believe in the Rapture, there are Four timing positions that are believed.  Post-Tribulation (After the Tribulation), Mid-Trib (Middle of the Tribulation Period), Pre-Wrath Rapture, and the most prevalent the Pre-Trib (Before the Rapture begins) Rapture timing position.

My request or suggestion is whichever Rapture timing position you adhere to can you find it, and prove it from Scriptures?   Can you and will you cite a reference to where Christ, Himself, taught about the Rapture and where/when it will occur?

Matthew 24 is one place where Christ disciples ask Christ about the end times and how to know when they were upon us and how to recognize they were real.  In this section, if at any other, Christ had and has the opportunity to explain the Rapture.  Christ provides a timetable and list of what to expect when the end times come so surely it should be in this section that Rapture advocates should be able to not only prove a Rapture is coming but have an idea or knowledge of when.
