I think I saw this guy in the late sixties in California -- younger, but still weirded out. Drugs are not your friend! Sorry, Ditzy, but thats the truth!

It's your question, just trying to answer a non-question.
As the guy is white, racist doesn't apply, unless you're not! Guess someone was public schooled.
As to bigoted -- definition from the Merriam-Webster free online dictionary:
"a person who is obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices; especially : one who regards or treats the members of a group (as a racial or ethnic group) with hatred and intolerance."
As the dancing loon is alone and not a part of a group (although an OWSer) the definition really doesn't apply. Again, late 20th century public school product.
At worst, I'd use the term judgmental -- to which I'd plead cheerfully guilty. Don't let children in my care hangout with such.
