Sez Cain:

All of the talk about a national foreclosure freeze . . . all they’re trying to do is appeal to people’s emotions. You see, the United States federal government, folks, has no jurisdiction over bankruptcy law. States do!

So, if some states decide that they want to investigate some of these phony or incomplete foreclosures, it’s up to the states. This is not even under the jurisdiction of the federal government! But it sounds good. It really sounds good, though.

Of course bankrupcty law is a federal issue, and Cain has no idea what he is talking about. Again.   How many idiots are still backing this fool???

Speaking of FOOL.

57 states? Iran a little harmless country somewhere over there? Israel go back to their

pre-1967 borders, really? Look at the world model. Their is no truly socialist country that

is not in financial ruins. Unless the socialist/ communist goal of totality and citizen slavery

is achieved. This is a Constitutional Republic, not a Socialist or Communist Country. When

will you Socialists get that thru your idiot sculls?

Skippy

Skippy, you and others have a very hard time acknowledging the truth about someone you favor, like Herman Cain.   When confronted with indis****ble evidence of the man's ignorance, you immediately fly off topic to barf up a litany of criticisms against the President and a bunch of other irrelevant junk.

Get this, SKIMPY, the topic of the post is Herman Cain's ignorance.   Cain is a Republican contender for nomination for President of the U.S.  His failure to understand this important legal distinction is indicative of astonishing ignorance on the part of someone who has been hailed by his supporters as a shrewd businessmen and wise exponent of money and finance.  The post said nothing about communism vs. capitalism or the structure of this Republic or any of that other tripe you posted.  Grow up and learn to address the issues presented instead of falling back on the old "So's yer old man" school of irrelevant argument.

You speak of Cain.

What is the reason you decided Obama was your guy before you voted for him.

Was it his experience? Was it financial expertise? How about his voting record

in all that time he spent in the US Senate? What about our economy after 2.5

years in office? In your mind is it still Bush's fault? Obama promised transparency

in Government, Where is it? He promised Change, then he gets us into another

war in Libya. I wouldn't trust this guy to deliver my paper. I'm going to repeat myself

at the risk of being cruel.

Economically, Politically and morally. You say Cain is ignorant, I say the same of Obama.

Wake Up America,

Forgive me, you sure have sounded like you did.

Now I know.

I think you need to re-title your thread.  Obviously, Cain isn't a constitutional lawyer, as Article I of the constitution gives the federal government the power to regulate bankruptcies.

However, as a ballistics expert for the Navy, Cain is familiar with math and, I assume, physics.

As a member of the board of the Fed and a turnaround corporate CEO, he does know finance.

He did not make that statement.  He questioned jurisdiction.  His business  history with Pillsbury proves your second statement false.  Before attacking someone, Ditzy, research first.  You are now in the same category as the man you attacked.  Enjoy!

what????  Cain said:

"the United States federal government, folks, has no jurisdiction over bankruptcy law. States do!"

which is completely wrong.  Cain was a token CEO, or affirmative action CEO if you prefer.  He was a CEO-INO.  Your partisan hackery is showing.
