I'm with you Mustang. My husband and I are both State alums. We were at the Bama game and it was WONDERFUL! We were right behind the State band and surrounded by fellow dawgs! A good time was had by all! Are you active in the local alum assoc? PM me. We have some activities upcoming if you would like to get involved!
Most bama fans dont hate Shula..most that I know just think he was a bad hire..He is one of our own, but I dont think he had any business on the sideline because it was obvious he had no idea what he was doing...He did get us through a ruff time during the probation years, but those days are behind us now and maybe the new staff can restore some credibility to the program.....ROLL TIDE and mustangfan I believe you are correct with that being the ballgame that "was the straw that broke the camel's back" if not that one it would have to be the nearly loss to Duke which lost 12 in a row before coming to Tuscaloosa and nearly beating the Tide.
