Heath and Deborah Campbell, who named two of their children Adolf Hitler and JoyceLynn Aryan Nation, are claiming that a court vindicated them of all abuse allegations last month. But after 33 months in foster care, the children are still not home.

New Jersey Family Court officials had no comment Tuesday.

“Actually, the judge and DYFS told us that there was no evidence of abuse and that it was the names! They were taken over the children's names,” Heath Campbell told NBC 10 Tuesday.

Court records last year stated that the children were not removed from the home because of their names, but because of tangible evidence of abuse or neglect.

Both a New Jersey court and a Court of Appeals ruled that there was sufficient evidence of abuse in the home to take the children.  Is it surprising that two people who think naming their children this way is a good idea are also so stupid they don't understand what the court is telling them?  Obviously two people with mental problems.  I feel sorry for their children, and hope they are not permanently damaged by their nutso parents.©

I read the story.  That no abuse was found is what the parents are saying.  The courts - two of them - are saying differently.  ©

"While the Campbells maintained from the beginning that the only reason their children were taken away is because of their given names, New Jersey court documents stated last year that there was alleged abuse and parental incompetence.

A New Jersey appeals court ruled in August 2010 that there was sufficient evidence of abuse or neglect because of domestic violence in the home, and though there was a gag order for both parties in the case (which the Campbells have broken multiple times to deny the allegations), authorities have stated in the past that putting the children into the foster system had nothing to do with their names."

One month after the cake incident, Adolf Hitler, 5, Aryan Nation, 4, and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell, 3, were removed from their homes and put into foster care, following an anonymous tip that the children were being abused.

On Wednesday,33 months later, the couple were cleared of child abuse but an appeals court ruleed against preventing them from getting custody of their children after sufficient evidence of abuse and neglect had been found in the home.

The Campbell's are outraged by the verdict claiming the only reason they could not retrieve their children from foster care is because of the children's names.

I've read this article three times now, not reading it again.  It is poor journalism.  The parents say they were cleared, but their original case ends up in appeals court - which means they lost their case in lower court.  The article says: "an appeals court ruled against preventing them from getting custody of their children after sufficient evidence of abuse and neglect had been found in the home."  How much clearer do you need it?  Mother says Adolph is sweet.  "Sweet" Adolph runs around threatening to kill people.  People that know the family say husband is abusive to wife.

You've gotten as bad as Bill.  No matter how many times you post it, it says the same thing.

I'm not taking up for anyone here. I said it was an odd case and that is the only reason I posted it. Odd on the hand that anyone would name their children such names, and odd that ONLY after the "cake" incident would someone claim abuse. I think any damage to the children over the names has already been done, and again, because it is such an odd case it makes me wonder just what they think they can do about it now. People stick children with all sorts of stupid names, it's like they're naming dogs instead of children. You just wonder what they're thinking when they do that stuff.

This is a VERY DANGEROUS case in that it sets a precident for possible future 'abuse' by the courts to remove children from homes IF THE COURTS don't agree with the way the parents are raising children. What's next: removing kids from homes that teach their children to defend thenselves, rather than be a victim, or perhaps teach Christianity over Islam? Where will it stop?
