I just started playing and now I am a level 13 Horde Blood Elf Priest training to be an engineer. I find the game very addicting and fun. Add me to your friends on it if you play, my elf's name is Aysepele. Smiler

Description:
World of Warcraft (commonly known as WoW) is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG). It is Blizzard Entertainment's fourth game set in the fantasy Warcraft universe, which was first introduced by Warcraft: Orcs & Humans in 1994.[3] World of Warcraft takes place within the world of Azeroth, four years after the events at the conclusion of Blizzard's previous release, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. Blizzard Entertainment announced World of Warcraft on September 2, 2001.[4] The game was released on November 23, 2004, celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Warcraft franchise. It is currently the world's largest MMORPG in terms of monthly subscribers,[5][6][7] and holds the Guinness World Record for the most popular MMORPG.[8] World of Warcraft currently holds 62% of the MMOG market at 10 million subscribers. The current subscriber base for all MMOGs is 16 million.[9]

The first official expansion pack of the game, The Burning Crusade, was released on January 16, 2007. During the 2007 BlizzCon event, Blizzard announced a second expansion pack called Wrath of the Lich King on August 3, 2007.[10]

I have a Lvl 61 Night Elf Druid (Skinning & Leatherworking), a Lvl 40 Human Mage (Herbalism, Alchemy & First Aid) and a Lvl 15 Dranai Hunter (Mining & Blacksmithing). It's a fun game. Obviously since I've leveled her the most, the Druid is my favorite. She can change into a bear or cat, as well as kick butt & take names, which makes her the most fun to play so far. Smiler

My husband and son have been playing for a while. They've been nagging me to play forever & finally gave me the game for Christmas this past year. Yeah, I'm hooked.

lol wow that is awesome Smiler I'm gonna try running a character on Argent Dawn's server too. fun fun Smiler
That's a good idea, cy. Then maybe if they are working on one server, the other would still be up and running.

I am ashamed to say that everyone in our family has a computer. I know, I think that makes us fall into the category of geekdom, but that's alright. Wink

I now have to set limits on myself because that game is addictive - no playing until after my list is finished. Really, playing the game is great, but you also meet people from all over, play a game alongside them & that's cool. I think that's the part my son likes as well.
I've got a 70 shaman on Chromaggus. I used to raid before BC with a druid, but due to having a marrige, job, and social life, I couldn't keep a raid schedule enough. I strictly PvP and Arenas.

the random words that Mike and CB utter when your in the room... lol... I laugh my butt off! Smiler

Yeah I know I love the Goldshire Inn on Argent Dawn the people there are so funny. Smiler You guys should make a character there and look for mine named Kazhdan, I named her that after the famous mathematician, I like to pick my names from books. Smiler The game is very addictive, but I don't think I am overly addicted to it, because my kids get 3 hours each a day on WoW or whatever they want to do and then it is my turn.

My 17 year old son is hooked on this game. I never realized so many people were as fascinated by this game as he is. I actually worried for a while because he wanted to stay glued to the comp this summer. He tried to explain to me how much fun it was meeting and interacting with others while playing the game. He and his friends all got the head sets (the rest of the family couldn't resist the jokes as we would walk through the room and see him glued into the game with the big head set on!!).. and I did enjoy watching him laugh so much and have a good time without being out on the roads running around!!
