There were many detractors that said Champy's would never make it where they located, in the old Campbells Restaurant building, over in Sheffield area. Personally, my family and I, feel that they, along with Popeyes, have the best fried chicken for the Shoals area. I have though noticed that the crowds seemed to have dropped off and you don't see them near as busy as they used to be.
I wonder if anyone else has noticed this and what they attribute it to? Was everyone right about location bring the major factor or does their food quality and taste trump the location issue?
