You may have heard that there was an important political rally in Washington D.C. over the weekend. It featured two of our nation's most respected and decorated news anchors - serious men with serious views from the most watched liberal ne...ws network in America, Comedy Central. If I may be so bold, and dare risk violating the corporate imposed information blackout of the free speech event, they delivered speeches both beautiful & haunting, worthy of induction into the National Comedian Hall of Fame.

These men did not fail to deliver at our country's most desperate moment, a time of need where Democrats might actually be forced to face responsibility for their own actions, and captivated the very diverse crowd comprised of white people from both Georgetown & Soho with a sprinkling of Jews from the Upper East Side. Yes, they stood and delivered, and what they bestowed upon America was a gift so ironically ironical it tested our collective preconceived notions of irony. In fact, one might say it was the epoch of shallow political thought of the vapidly cynical sort so important in a time of serious national consequence such as this, when both a referendum to legalize pot and the need to protect the truth behind Lisa Murkowski's habits loom so large in tomorrow's voting booth for all right-minded citizens. So much so, that one might say that these speeches represented a New Foundation, one which finally breaks from the cynicism of the past and allows us to pursue the cynicism of the future while free from corrupt corporate influences, and under the watchful eye of our rich foreign benefactor George Soros. Besides, the speeches also provided a nice break between musical acts, with a chance to finally talk to that cute Brooking Institution intern you've been eying all day.

Anyway, before I assume or misrepresent the true emotion, wisdom, and intelligence of the crowd, let's allow them to speak for themselves, and demonstrate what all true Americans believe, free of the trappings of partisanship or Republican influence.
