It is VERY irritating. About as irritation as those political phone calls we get every night. Makes you not want to do business with the advertiser or vote for the home invaider.
Yes, I'll second that! Its one thing to pop up when you hover over it, but it pops open as soon as you open the page. I hate it! I won't be shopping at Jim Bishop anytime soon!
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
