Brad: Another quick cool down after sunset
Posted: Oct 14, 2015 5:22 AM CDTUpdated: Oct 14, 2015 3:49 PM CDTExpect another quick cool down after sunset. Lower humidity will allow for a clear sky and temperatures in the upper 50s by 9pm. Overnight lows will be around 48 degrees in most locations.
Expect warmer weather on Thursday with a southwest breeze at 7-12 mph. Highs Thursday afternoon will likely reach the lower 80s. This southwest wind will continue overnight Thursday into Friday morning. This will bring in limited low level moisture and a few more clouds. This will keep temperatures in the middle to upper 50s for morning lows.
Friday morning a strong cold front will move in. A few light rain showers will be possible through about 10am. Once the front moves in the wind will shift to the northwest and temperatures will be locked into the lower 70s for the rest of the day. Friday evening you will need a jacket for your outdoor plans. Expect morning lows in the lower 40s Saturday morning.
It will be cooler Saturday and Sunday with highs in the 60s. Early Sunday morning we could have some communities wake up in the upper 30s. No rain is forecast this weekend.
