we have a world of people telling other people how to do things. Such as politicians deciding what business should do.. then if business goes under oh well. I won't mention names however watched a company told to hire more minority managers. The challenge was minority managers weren't available. They started fast tracking women. Then came the challenge since women jumped over men for the jobs they were making less than their counter parts. Example a man with company 15 years had gotten raises, promotion and had a decent salary. Then a woman came in at entry,, was promoted over layers of positions. She passed up several raises so made less. Should she be paid same as a man with 20 years with company while only being with company 5 years?
main challenge someone tries to fix something doesn't understand it takes years to do however want it today. just like someone graduating from college and expecting to make what their parents do
