The above photos are of the Drink machines at the new North Alabama Medical Center.  Okay it's not a deal breaker but to me ICE COLD means something approaching 32 degrees, where water freezes to ice but 38 degrees seems more to be cool than cold.  I haven't actually tried one of the drinks and maybe they are cold but 38 degrees just doesn't seem like it would be Ice Cold.

38 deg. is no where close to ICE Cold. ICE Cold means to me, transitioning from liquid to almost Frozen state 32 & below. I too, like my drinks ~ 33 deg.  as in a Cooler with drink and a bag of ICE poured over the top. An hour later after temperature equilibration, Waa-Laa. ICE COLD Drinks...

GBRK - 38 deg (ice cold) just plain ole False Advertisement...LOL

The thing I'd love knowing is if this is a move by Hospital management to save money on energy cost?  All their machines have the 38 degree indication so it's not an abnormality but I believe a directive to set the machines at that.  Whether it's by the Coke company or Hospital Management I don't know but 38 degrees is way to warm for my liking.
