None of these men were arrested for approaching a child. I think their interests lie in MEN - not little kids.
If you feel as if some "gayness" has been "transferred", then perhaps it was not a transference but a realization instead.
I know several gay people around here and none of them were in this lovely line-up. Most of these men are married. I also noticed that,with a couple of exceptions, these men basically looked average. I asked one of my gay friends if he knew ANY of these guys and not only was he insulted, but did not know any of them. It appears that there is a generational pattern here (they are all middle aged to elderly) and I find it interesting that they are married and living a lie. Sen. Larry Craig did the same thing and admitted it then denied it fitfully. Again - a middle aged to elderly, married man AND a U.S. Senator.
The former Jefferson Co. tax collector was arrested several years ago for the same thing. He then claimed that his wife, who was suffering with cancer, was unable to "perform sexually". I felt sorry for her AND their four adult children.
