Illegal alien to sue firefighters who rescued him from flood waters in Colorado

More to this story and I'm still looking. I saw one report that said the road was closed and he went around the barriers, Now all the old liberal hens and roosters can start cackling about how racist I am. How dare anyone speak against an illegal!!

Last week, Roy Ortiz's attorney filed papers showing that his client intends to sue several first responders who took part in rescuing Ortiz last September, when he became trapped in his car on a section of U.S. 287 during a flash flood.

The document, lists Boulder County sheriff's deputies, a member of the Westminster dive team, Broomfield and the North Metro Fire Rescue District as potential defendants.

On Sept. 12, Ortiz's vehicle was washed off the road, and the rushing waters flipped the car upside down.

It took North Metro Fire Rescue about two hours to bring Ortiz to safety.

Ortiz now claims that rescuers were negligent in their duty because they should have extracted him from his car faster.

So, why is Ortiz suing?

UPI reported Ortiz as saying:

Well, I'm happy. I'm really happy to be alive...But I'm looking for some help with my bills. I don't have the money to pay.”

Suing because they should have got him out faster.

He has the right to sue anybody for anything. When he loses this frivolous lawsuit, (and I hope he does) who will pay the court costs associated with the case?

Well aren't we all supporting him? Go to Walmart and get in line. You seen those electronic food stamp cards,WIC vouchers and 12 family members together which include 6 children. I wonder just how much money in on that card? And the lady with the card.....she's pregnant.

"Google" or use other searches for "illegal alien sues". They sue everybody from border patrol to home owners to hospitals, to you name it. And btw, it's not just the mexicans although they seem to be the majority of the ones doing it. I'm sick of that "they just want a better life" BS argument.

I totally agree...we need total illegal immigration reform. We are trillions in debt but let's give away OUR, yours and my tax dollars so any illegal person can live better than we do while we work hard and they stay home and live off US, not the government. WE are the ones who pay the taxes. What would happen if we went to another country to live off what their hard working citizens paid in taxes. They would kick us out on our backside, but I doubt we would get in another country illegally. That's only in the USA.
