I see Obama is asking for "fiscal responsibility", is saying that the "rich" of the country needs to make sacrifices, and at the same time is planning a "painful stimulus" package to help get the economy moving once again. I do not understand how these supposed stimulus package, which by the way I have yet to see, has done much to help the economy thus far. This makes about as much sense as saying "I must still have money, cuase I still got some checks in my checkbook"//// I agree with tightening the belt, but why must be continue to send ouot these checks which is doing nothing except adding to the deficit? This on top of the corporate welfare we are doling out on a weekly basis to companies in order to keep their doors open. It is a never ending tailspin....
Just ranting, but I wonder if others are feeling the same way as I? This administration is not even in office yet, and they are appearing to be more ready to spend our dollars than the current administration.

Hillary in 2016?  Why not?  We've already had one "girly man" serving in office for the past 7 years, we might as well give her chance as well!

Not that I didn't appreciate the so-called "stimulus" check (although my credit card company probably appreciated it more than I did), but $300-600 per person really doesn't stimulate shi....anything. If they did-it was only for a very short amount of time. 3 months after I received my check the economy went into a downward spiral!
Or is it possible that we overstimulated the economy too fast therefore making the fall even harder?
