The laws against consensual contact between ADULTS have been overturned, not repealed. and the story you have posted is NOT A CONSENSUAL CONTACT. It does not even involve sodomy. It is charged that the groping was a unilateral invasion an assault if you will.
The issue of consensual "unnatural" sexual behavior, or deviant behavior between CONSENTING ADULTS is no longer illegal.
