Of course not, but I wonder why he didn't buy the photo? Sure looks like one of his ancestors.

Not even close.
Actually very close. The first time I saw it was in an email. NOT about him being a vampire of course, but asking, "Is this Nicholas Cage made up for a role, or one of his ancestors"? My first thought was his ancestor, then I read the story about the picture being sold on ebay and having nothing really to do with him except for the resemblance. The "vampire story" is tongue in cheek, no one believes anything like that, but it is odd to see such a resemblance to Cage, and I would imagine it makes him feel a little weird.
There are indeed some striking elements of resemblance between Cage and that photo, but the EARS give it away! NO WAY are the ears the same! Just compare the shapes.
Besides, we all know that the real vampire is the President, together with his being a Muslim, a Communist and a native of Kenya with a false birth certificate. He is probably a Martian also, but confirmation of that is not fully developed as yet.
There are other look alikes and curiosities in old photos. Like the photo of a silent movie being made. Someone in the background appears to be using a cell phone. In the Remington museum, I saw a photo of a captain of Indian scouts on a cavalry post. Except for his handlebar mustache he looks like me, plus has my name.
They had one that looked just like Russell Crowe. Big deal.
But I do like "Foxy Brown."

Well that may be the real story, The man in the old photo and Barrack Obama do have ears in common.
But, the latest rumor I've heard with Barrack's low approval rating, the Kenyans are now claiming he was born in the U.S.
As to Martians and UFO's, they became extinct with the advent of home video cameras, and now with the cellphone camera, seems ghosts are the only bogey men anymore. No more Big Foot or Loch Ness Monster.
