It has been said that several laws have AGAIN been broken by the Cherokee water board at the last meeting. It seems a certain person has made themselves head of the water board and it ISN'T Mignon Willis. Seems this person didn't like A Weaver filming the goings on at the meetings so she wrote a resolution stating that he can only film from a far away area in the room too bad to film from. Also it seems there were about six resolutions brought forward and passed the same meeting, correct me if I'm wrong but don't the Alabama laws forbid it. Ive been told that this same person told the mayor to ignore the rule on signing and giving out checks because no one would sue them.Again, AT THIS POINT THIS IS JUST HEARSAY AND I AM NOT ACCUSING ANYONE OF ANYTHING. Its also out that there was an ILLEGAL Executive meeting held too by the same people
.ILLEGAL because law says ONLY BOARD MEMBERS ARE TO ATTEND THEM and if it's is about name and character an attorney should not be in there. But guess what? They had an attourney in the
re and another NON BOARD MEMBER! When it was brought to her attention she said something to the effect of IF YOU DONT LIKE IT, SUE US. Again, I'm just passing along the big talk in Cherokee. what's your opinion on this, it true? What have you heard? Is the true puppet master a rogue attorney? Help me find the truth about it's all. I dont have any idea if any of it is true or not, I wasn't there.
