You and I have to live within our means, why can't our leaders do the same? We
strugle month to month to scrape together the money we need to pay our bills.
We pay our bills pay our taxes(well not everybody). Mean while back in Washington
they spend the money we pay, then borrow, borrow, borrow. The insanity has got
to stop. Our leaders keep raising the debt sealing so they can keep padding their
pet projects. We need to cut all support of the UN and other money we give to
other nations. We are broke! Why should our children suffer for things such as
Harry's pet project in Northern Nevada, The Cowboy Poetry Festival? I was listening
to Obama about how we need to tax the rich. That's not the solution. These are the
very people that the prez wants to create jobs. You can't have it both ways. It's
been proven if you tax the rich more. That money the gov't takes in taxes does not
equal the extra payroll taxes the y would have gotten if the wouldn't of taken the
very money that the rich would have invested in new enterprises'. We've got to face
the music. Let our gov't tighten it's belt like the rest of us have done.
