I have a slow connection where I am at the moment so I can't watch the video, but if he's arguing what I think he's arguing, someone get him an economics textbook. New technologies are continuously making some people's jobs obsolete, but higher productivity (in this case, much greater efficiency in distributing books) is what gives us rising living standards.
