Astronomers Baffled by Mysterious Light in Sky

It's not a supernova. Nor is it a galaxy, or a black hole. In fact, astronomers have no idea what the mysterious object that in February 2006 suddenly flared up in an otherwise barren patch of sky might be, or even what it's made of.

If no one can figure it out, I’ll tell you: It comes down to OUR CREATOR! This is a sign from God. He said in the Bible to watch for the signs. This is not Evolution or something that can be explained away. Well world, this is one of them. Our Lord is soon to come!! I hope you all have accepted the FACT that Jesus is the son of God, and that he died on the cross for ALL of us, his blood covers all sins.’ And you CAN only get to heaven through OUR Lord Christ Jesus. Without him you will go to Hell. Please get yourselves SAVED, it’s very important. If you ask yourselves how can I be saved… You don’t always do the rght things, your not perfect. You never will, and never will be. Jesus was the only one. Take this to heart… HE LOVES YOU ANYWAY!!! This my fellow brothers and sisters, every nationality, gender, and race… God loves us so much that he’d rather die than to live without us. AND HE DID. He will soon come back for his children. YOU & ME.

I love each and everyone of you. Find Jesus, seek him and you will find him. He is there, always has been always will be if you let him into your life and heart.

And I suppose that you are one of those folks who advocates the "Sinner's Prayer" approach to getting saved, which is nowhere found in the New Testament. I say NOWHERE, since in all of the cases recorded there, nowhere is anyone who is lost told to pray about anything. The current vogue in evangelical circles is to advise the lost sinner to just "Take Jesus as your personal Savior and repeat that 'sinner's prayer.'" The people who try to sell this short-cut false gospel are not paying attention to what is written in the first several verses of Romans 6, or to what is taught in Acts 2:37 and 38, or Acts 8:36-38, and in I Peter 3:21. To teach that a sinner is saved before-or without--baptism is clearly unscriptural, no matter who teaches that! Yes-seek Jesus and find Him, but find Him in THE WORD, which teaches HOW to find Him!

Hi Beter,

Why don't you tell us HOW a person comes to be saved. What does that person need to do to know, beyond any doubt, that he is saved and will spend eternity in heaven with Jesus Christ?

And, then, please explain how the thief on the cross (Luke 23:42) was saved by merely saying, "Jesus, remember me when You come in Your kingdom!"

Skeptic, I'm no scientist or anything, but if this light in the sky is between 11-132 billion light years from us, doesn't that mean that it took 132 billion years for its light to reach us...and we are just now able to see it. Doesn't that mean whatever it was is possibly already gone???
Please explain that to me...scientifically.

Oh, sure, I read about the Galactic Federation of Light in Popular Mechanics. They'll be here Tuesday.

For our comfort, the bottom of their craft, which will blot out the entire sky, will re-create the night sky as seen from St. Florian, Alabama, complete with rotating stars and a full moon.

So, if it appears you see nothing, that's proof that you're seeing their craft.

Approach and accept them in love. It's the least you can do, they having come 132 Billion light-years away to greet us. I'm thinking some home-made ice cream would be good.
