I think they are going to let him slide. There is nothing they can do. If they sue him it will cost about $35,000.00. Bliss in incorporated so all anyone could get would be the worth of his business and he does not have that much invested in his business.They are still going to try and collect as will the bank in Texas that he owes another Million dollars to. They should at least bar him from doing business in the Shoals ever again.

Only Angie and Scott have the nerve to do what really needs to be done. James Barnhart used to but lately has been too busy propping up Irons to do much else. All Jamesa does is use rhetoric to shore up Irons LACK of leadership. The more James says the smaller Irons looks. Laeders don't need propping up. TRHey stand on their own, like Scott E. Carrier

I liked James Barnhart. He at one time was the one teaming up with Scott to do what is right. He went after the Gas Dept. Audit findings with Scott and Angie. But they got to him. Now all he does is play Irons suck-up. People notice it too. They think it is too bad. Scott told me James is a good guy and he likes him personally. But I am dissapointed in him for placing misguided loyalty to Irons ahead of the public good. That ain't right. Both of them might be in trouble before it's over. They are better off agreeing with Scott than with Irons. That has shown over and over again.

Mean: So, Jimmy is not all bad. Hey, nobody is all bad! A person who can rip off friends and supporters is certainly not all that good either. There is a difference between being legally wrong and morally and ethically wrong. I also really do not care if he feels even a little bit badly about all this. Put your money where your mouth is. The market in Huntsville is better and improving. The Decatur market is going to get better. Madison is doing well. He tried to squeeze the last drop of Florence and will be moving on to see what more he can get from this area. With friends like this, who needs enemies? It is frustrating that there is nothing we can do about it. There are still Neeses in Florence doing business.

Yep. His attorney threatened Scott Carrier and said he better "watch his step" and that he (the attorney) would "make sure" Scott never wins another election. Another city council person witnessed this. The attorney was riding this other one about it and Mr. Carrier came up to see what was going on and the lawyer said all this Scott. The lawyer got all heated up and made a semi-scene at a public event. Mr. Carrier, of course, kept his cool and told the attorney that he must have more than a passing interest if he is this exercised about it. The lawyer said it is just because him and Neese are "friends" and he felt bad for him. Boo-Hoo. We all know it is more than that. The lawyer is knee-deep in it too. Mr. Carrier, of course, kept his cool, like he always does under fire. Otgherwise it would have been really ugly. This is the crap Scott puts up with to do what is right in this crook and crony-infested area. It is why so many of us admire his courage. It is in stark contrast to Bobby Irons lack of the same. Keep firing Scott. You have more support than you can imagine.And more than your opponents cxare to admit. Go get 'em Tiger.

Maybe they have a vested interest in Huntsville's airport since they have just provided me with reason to no longer use our's. I need someone responsible in charge of the airport I use. I fly out at least twice a year on business.

I used it one time,and vowed then to NEVER use it again. I travel to Huntsville or Nashville 4 times each year for my trips to NY.
AND now I will ralley against using it to my friends !
