Got a call from a tenant today , his A/C had gone out. I called Uncle Gus , but knowing we were in the middle of a heat wave that he would be slammed, thought it may take a couple of days. Turned out, he called me back in a couple of hours and got-er-done.

Just wanted to say thanks for getting to it today.

he repaired my a/c about two weeks ago... in less than an hour... he's pretty awesome in my book, too!
