How does he know what tests were run?

Most of the evidence hasn't been announced, yet.  No powder burns on the body, but unknown on the clothes.  No medical reports or pictures of the officer's injuries. No analysis of how the bullets were fire and the position of Brown.  That will require digital or dummy analysis of the angles. Saw one of the lawyers who still claims Brown was shot in the back despite two coroners' reports. Idiot!

The cop is definitely a murderer for hire. Kill a few Blacks and you are the hero of racists like "Atlanta Dire".

Pure BS!!!!!! Sad on both sides, gather info and evidence and then we will know.  Funny you are quick to label the officer as a killer and think Brown is not at fault at all.  If the the officer was attacked remember how big Brown was and the fact it was 2 against one before you jump to conclusions.  Only 2 people actually know what happened at this time or in the future.

We really don't know at this time. Maybe he is, and maybe he ain't , but it is a fact that way too many cops nowdays shoot first , to kill, and keep shooting until the vic is dead, and ask the questions later.
It is a sad situation we have degraded ourselves into, but I think putting cameras on cops is the only solution, and should be done ASAP.  Had the cop had a camera on him in this confrontation, my bet is that the now dead vic would still be up and walking, and we would not be having to inconvenience all these electrons discussing this.

I agree on cameras and think otherwise.  I think the cop would be back at work as I think he was attacked by 2 not one and one ended up dead but that is my opinion.   The cop has demonstrated in the past his willingness to try to stop someone non-violently even received a award for it from the community.  I really doubt he woke up that morning and thought I am going to kill a black guy today.  As I say let the facts, evidence be gathered and then pass judgement.  BTW LEO's are not trained to shoot to kill or keep shooting until dead, I know as I was trained as a federal LEO at FLECT in Artisa New Mexico.  They are trained to shoot center of mass or ctr of mass showing and keep shooting until the threat stops, unless being specialized trained as SWAT or a sniper.   In one corner we have a decorated Cop with to my knowledge no complaints against him and a guy with criminal past and apparently just robbed a store.  Also who walks down the middle of the street and when a cop tells you to get out of the road does not comply?

Well, hopefully the truth will come out.
However, have you ever considered that   we (the policed) are taught to always trust a cop, but cops are taught NEVER to trust us. ?

Walk a mile in a cops shoes and you might understand some of it, does not matter detective or street cop.  People lie, cheat, steal and murder and they rarely admit it!   For instance usually the first person of interest in a murder is wife or husband and there is a reason for that. I once got out of a ticket because I told the cop I knew I was speeding instead of denying it or arguing with him.  I would argue part of the problem is some are not taught that i.e. to respect the police or authority in general and taught actually the opposite to loath them.   Yes there are bad ones but they are the minority just like every profession.  

hi, walk a mile in any Black mans shoes. They outnumber cops and you wont find a single Black man whose shoes you want to be in. you are the racist in a airplane. Why are you not piloting planes with people in them? Don't want to haul Blacks?
