We seem to have something of a contradiction here. The article states, "The festival has a strict rule requiring that everything the vendors sell must be made in the United States."

BUT, the article also says that they will be selling both American and GERMAN beer.
ACHTUNG, du SCHWEINDHUNDS! "German Beer" is not made in the United States!

Maybe only 99.2 per cent of the stuff sold there will be American made.

Seems to me, though, that if they are going to have an Oktoberfest (which is German) and sell beer (which has strong German roots), that to oppose the selling German beer at Oktoberfest would be a bit chauvinistic.

99.2 percent should be good enough.
