I haven't read much on it, however these type of things generally lose money.  Sadly the hype is generally wrong.   Will it really bring money in?   The conference center lost money however it did bring a lot in, especially when there was finally a hotel.   Plus the conference center when it opened the manager did a lot for local groups. Will the ag center do a lot for local?

They're already obligated to bond issue and supposedly roads are being built as we read this. No going back.

What can happen is the committee will refuse to certify these candidates on board next election. They did this will James Bonner during the last election.

This is larger than conference center (read heat/cooling costs) and in the middle of no where. Do you think it will be profitable? I hear UNA wants it given to them. Yep, we pay for it and then give it to Kitts & Co.
