Just in case my last post is taken the wrong way, please let me clarify. I am not saying we should hate illegals, just hold them accountable. They should not be allowed to disregard the law.
This is exactly the thing I was talking about! This "thread" was originally posted as "lawmakers etc etc" and we have managed to discuss everything from poor salaries to Race discrimination. This "newsgroup" is the best idea the TD has come up with in the last 10 years!

Of course, the border wall will not be funded. The social Democraps took over after a protest vote against Bush. They do not want more strongly possible Democrap voters denied entrance into the US. The Democraps fear the use of a National ID or an ID for use during voting as proof of citizenship; use would prevent all those dead people, felons, and others who have no business or no clue from voting. Typically, Democrap voters.
A wall is needed. Then, deport them. Punish businesses who hire these vermin. Punish Mexico and force Mexico and other countries into improving themselves so that way their "tired, poor masses" don't wander into our country and steal or sux dry what taxpayer funded programs they use for free. Amend the Constitution to stop this "anchor baby" phenom from happening. After all that, have a massive deportation plan. It was done once before (1954), it can be done again.

I looked that up...had either never read this or had forgotten it happened. I guess it is not impossible after all. I would hope to see a few changes.
1. The name of the plan was thoughtless...just call it a deportation plan & don't try to be witty.
2. I think raiding schools should be eliminated from a new plan.
3. Special consideration for children too young to understand should be implemented.
Other than that, the main thing is that the plan did succeed. Thanks for the info! I will be "reminding" a few politicians about this as well.

The plan back in 1954 was Operation Wet-Back. Back then, there was no such thing as political correctness. I think the name of the plan tells it all and right on. Heck, they DID get wet crossing the Rio Grande (during the rainy season of course). Maybe now they could call it Operation Sand-Back since they primarily cross the deserts that border Arizona, New Mexico,and the People's Republik of Kalifornia.
Nothing is impossible. The problem is, we have to deal with the ACLU and uneducated/ignorant/stupid sheeple (about 75% of the U.S. now) who do not know history, or who do not have the guts to stand up for what is right. All the sheeple care about is money, alcohol, good times, etc. They do not think of the future nor 2nd through 10th order of effects.
All that aside, Google Operation Wet-Back and you will find a treasure trove of information about it from the U. of Texas and other resources.
Sorry, Brentenman, I edited my post before I saw your's. It's great to have a little hope; at least it is possible. That minutemen site I posted is very imformative as well (thanks to YBFAM for sending me on that search).
