I came on here in hopes that someone had already posted a thread such as this, but since no one has I decided to start it. Some of us have heard the sky is falling one time too many and were sceptical (yes, I know) and DIDN'T buy ALL of the essentials (ie: Especially smokes!)
Does anyone know of stores that are open in Florence?

Incredibly stupid not to stock up necessary items before a storm like this. Only a few days warning right? Now you want to go out and not only endanger your life but others lives as well.

Thank you for the commentary Tool and yes as I stated, it was stupid and naive not to heed the warning, but now that the damage is done, once again I am asking anyone who wished to be HELPFUL if they know of any stores in the Florence area, especially convenience stores that are open today and the location. Thank you.
You might want to rethink going out. You could be arrested by police if it is not an emergency.

Colbert County

Roads restricted to emergency personnel only.

Roads impassable in most areas.

DeKalb County

A local emergency has been declared within DeKalb County. All roads within DeKalb County, and its municipalities are treacherous and considered impassible. Travel is highly discouraged and should only be attempted in the case of an emergency.

All Sylvania City Roads Closed

Franklin County

Russellville City roads declared impassable.

Jackson County

All roads declared impassable.

Lauderdale County

Florence City roads are open, according to police, but icy and hazardous. Roads are in the process of being cleared. Please travel ONLY if necessary.
