The fact that Bush owns an Oil Company and Cheney owns more than one has nothing to do with manipulation.... YEAH RIGHT!!!
They KNOW that when it is hot, people use more gas to run their Air Conditioners, and when it is cold, we have to use more to warm our vehicles up in the mornings/evenings.... So that is why the prices is on the rise right now... They DO study when they can sell the MOST at the highest price!!!!
