Is this the same or a portion of the building that was recently razed (Florence Clinic)? I didn't think so, as the entrance/front looks different to me.

The original Clinic Building on Seminary was red brick, the new (lol-added in the 70's) annex was sandstone colored brick, however that picture looks more like the sanitarium that was at Tennessee and Locust, now an apartment building.
