If you do got to the courthouse and pull deed information please note that you will need to also look for a mortgage also. You will then need to take the deed tax paid and add it to the face value of the mortgage to have the true consideration, or if you want to PM me with your subdivision information I will pull the last five sales in your subdivision and give you the reported sales price for each.

These ladies have been wonderful evey time I needed help and I believe that is the norm, considering they work for the tax payer.
