Try the Probate Judge's office where property deeds are recorded. Public records and the clerks might be able to steer you to recent transactions from their recording log.

If you do got to the courthouse and pull deed information please note that you will need to also look for a mortgage also. You will then need to take the deed tax paid and add it to the face value of the mortgage to have the true consideration, or if you want to PM me with your subdivision information I will pull the last five sales in your subdivision and give you the reported sales price for each.

If you go to the Colbert County Courthouse and need some info. from the ladies that work downstairs, watchout. You will be treated very rude. If you need some help and one of them has to get up out of their chair, you're in trouble.

Jmbo you need to put on your best smile and some deoderant and try again...
These ladies have been wonderful evey time I needed help and I believe that is the norm, considering they work for the tax payer.
