Yep, looks like Texas will probably leapfrog from 5th to 1st with the win over Stoops and the Sooners. If Bama can manage to run the table, it will be one helluva game come January.

well, that depends i guess...if mizz and lswho wins, they could leapfrog...bama could very well be dropped given how the sec is normally respected...
imo, texas and ok were lacking in D....just hope bama hangs in at least top 3 and if anyone leapfrogs, guess i hope its lswho...bad as i hate to root for them, we'd at least have a shot to knock them off...this is gettin good!

Ya'll have beaten ONE good team(Georgia), and that team will have 3 or 4 losses by years end. Clemson has digressed from a good team last year to a horrible team this year. Texas beat the #1 offense in the nation. That puts there resume at higher status than bama's. Bama has been propped up by the voters all year.

We got a glimpse of Florida's offense when it is hitting on all cylinders. All I can say is look out. They have a couple of backs who can outrun a phone call. Their D is their weakness and needs some work.
All in all, great competition and kids playing their hearts out. This is why I love college football.

Did you notice PR that Tex and OK did have great offenses but their defense was horrible.No matter what SEC school they face they will not put up the points they did Saturday.

And I do remember talking big, and lookin at the team preseason Auburn looked great. The offense just hasn't clicked to get them the improvement I expected, which wasn't outrageous, I just assumed we couldn't get worse...and I was wrong. lol. Auburn hasn't been "beaten" by another team yet this year. They've played fantastic defense and have handed the opponents wins with lackluster offensive performance. The defense is just banged up and worn out. All Auburn needs is some confidence and rhythm.... if this offense gets to average by the time the Iron Bowl rolls around then I'd be scared to death to be a bammie fan. I mean, how much is this loss gonna hurt ya'll this year????

Auburn's offense struggled all year, yet come Iron Bowl time the Tigers dominated like 500 to 200 in yards and won the game..... saved Tubb's job, and I don't have to remind you of what happened the next season. Now, I'm not saying that will happen this year, I'm just sayin this isn't a "sky is falling" situation in my eyes. The ebs and flows of modern day college football continue. There will never be the dominance of the old days.... Too many talented players and too much parody.
