I thank Mr. Joe Ingram for his service during WWII and for receiving the key to the city of Sheffield, as well as wishing him a Happy Birthday & many more to come. But now I have debated whether or not I should inform Mr. Sanford on what Wednesday March 30 2016 was recognized nationwide for, except locally. That day was set aside for  "  National Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day " I may have missed any recognition if there was any locally. I couldn't find any information on Mr. Sanford serving in the military alto he did attend UNA (FSU) from 1968 to 1976, so I would not expect Mr. Sanford to know much about military history. So Mr. Sanford, there are veterans from Korea and Vietnam also.

During that period at UNA/FSU, the ROTC included military history in the two years of required classes.
