I have previously read about the character consolidations in Obama's "memoir," even some supposed geographical mistakes, but this certainly adds drama to the mix.

Journalist should have done their job in 2008 and checked this joker out.
Anyone expected the truth from the Obamessiah? His memoirs should be kept in the fiction section of libraries and book stores.
First of all, this shows that Obama's GRANDMOTHER may, MAY, not have told the truth, but Obama only repeated what he told her.
But here is another review of the same book without all of the political slant. Read it and see the difference:

Ewwww... New York Times!
I guess I could get past all of the "un-biased" reporting. Lib rag.
Blame it on...Grandmother. Hahahaha!
Why not just blame George Bush?
Why not just blame George Bush?
Don't worry, Prop will be here soon with a 27 page "copy/paste" relating to Bush being involved,
A pawn of George Soros and his scores of "news" websites.
In the past, reporters were know to be mostly liberal. However, they still did basic research and reported the results. Now, they're mostly lapdogs. Edward R. Murrow would be ashamed.
So you would rather believe this far right tabloid than the Times. Fine.
Why don't we read the BOOK and decide for ourselves?

I would bet you still believe in Santa Claus.
Roland, I am used to reading irrelevant posts by you but since this one is addressed to me, I have to ask what you mean. Your right-wing review says one thing, my mainstream, oh, I mean "left-wing" review says another. I suggested that instead of getting our information from reviews, we read the book ourselves and make up our OWN minds.
I guess you have a problem with that because either you can't read, or you HAVE no mind to make up. I would think both.
But you know, if the Times is such a left leaning newspaper, why would they give such a glowing review to a book if it trashed our president? I know logic isn't your strong suit, but think about it.
