Elections are about voting for the lesser weasel, so I voted for Romney in the general election in 2012. There were better choices in the primaries in 2012 and there are better choices now. For this cycle, I don't trust Trump knowing his past positions and his knowledge of baiting suckers. Besides Trump, there are more than a few governors who balanced budgets and supported pro-growth business policies on the Republican side, along with a savvy business-lady, and a former brain surgeon who seems intelligent enough to know that he needs to become more informed. On the Democrat's side we have an honest socialist, a more-equal pig who thinks security laws only apply to the lesser masses, a former governor who chased millionaires (And their tax money too!) out of the state, a former smallest state governor who once belonged to all parties who didn't run for a second term because of his polling, and Jim Webb, once a Secretary of the Navy under Reagan. The only Dem possible would be Webb for me.
I would vote for a ham sandwich before Mitt Romney..Hell, I would vote for HILLARY or BIDEN before Mitt. The man is an empty suit.
