Actually, after talking to one a couple of days ago, they don't have time to read all the topics and replies.

They TRY to though. I still think a PM is the best way to get help.

Go to the Times Daily home page, and look for the link to the departments, and you can directly email Andrea Moore.
She is a super sweet girl who will be more than happy to help you.

CC, they don't work on week-ends. It will probably be Monday before we hear from them. I PM'ed one of them, did you?

CC, it being the weekend, they may just check in to see if there is fussing or fighting going on. Technical problems may have to wait until Monday???

Email them again, don't let it go, they WILL answer, they always do!!!

Actually, I think they have a way to be notified of "issues" on the weekends because they removed one last weekend that needed to be addressed remember? Either way, CCO7 -- I "reported" your post to them to make them aware they needed to read this thread. If it is a major issue I'm sure they can help you quicker. If it is not that major and can be addressed on Monday -- good deal. Either way it goes...hope you get this taken care of soon...Have a great weekend!
