FirenzeVeritus owner of the CONNECTION is another example of the TRASHY attitudes of Joy's forum member Fire.
The old hag has made fun of FLORENCE and TIMES DAILY at the expense of The TIMES DAILY EDITOR using his name in a MOCK INTERVIEW

TimesDaily Editor Scott Morris Posted: Friday, September 2, 2011 12:15 am
FF: Thanks for visiting with us today, Mr. Morris. Do you find it a little unusual to be on the other side of the interview?
SM: Actually, no. Since I was transferred to Florence, I've had a lot of interviews, if you know what I mean.
FF: You're not happy in the Shoals?
SM: Let's just say my favorite part is Hwy 72--it leads back to Decatur.
FF: I understand you're from Hartselle originally.
SM: Yes, Hartselle. It's a small town near Decatur, where I really loved my job.
FF: Yet you accepted the transfer to Florence?
SM: You think I had a choice. When the Sheltons say "Jump," I say "Is this high enough?"
FF: Speaking of the Shelton family, they've gone on record as saying they like the direction you've taken local news. Could you elaborate on their comments?
SM: Sure, it means I publish only news stories that can run in the Decatur Daily and Moulton Advertiser as well as the TimesDaily. It saves them a heap of money.
FF: Do you think that policy is fair to the Shoals area?
SM: Fair, smair, didn't you get the part about saving the Sheltons money?
FF: What happens to the TimesDaily if you accept a position closer to Decatur?
SM: Don't worry, the Sheltons have plenty of other flunkies, er, journalists whom they can transfer.
FF: And if you don't find that ideal job in Decatur? What then?
SM: Nothing wrong with early retirement. I've got six kids ya know. It's about time they started to support their old man...in Decatur. I did mention how much I love Decatur, didn't I?
FF: Yes, Mr. Morris. I believe by now the Shoals area has a pretty good idea...
