UNA is going through their most monumental rebuilding process since losing McKinnon, Gross, etc after the '95 season. We didn't just lose 25 players. We lost 25 very valuable players! Starters AND reserves. All-Americas, All-Regions, All-GSCs.

Except our punter and our LBs, we lost practically everything! In order to be competitive this year while we begin to rebuild for the future, we needed immediate help and I think that's being achieved. I think Parker and Andrews still have a legitimate shot at the NFL and hopefully will realize.....this is it. Last chanceville.
Parker will be a great asset to una. To comptete on a championship level in d2 you have to have d1 talent. Parker is not the first d1 player to transfer to una with a checkered past. Most have come for a second chance and made the best of it. If parker has asperations to play pro ball, this is his last chance and i'am sure he will make the best of it.

I hope he follows the path of Bobby Williams. From his demeanor on the field last year, he didn't look to be anything like the person the MTSU fans tried to paint him to be. He always looked enthusiastic and a team player. I hope he succeeds at the next level.
