Considering he's the Heavenly Being that wears a Halo while looking over his team of Celesta beings of the Alabama Tide, no way will this Jerk do any time.

AP-Tuscaloosa, Al.

Authorities arrested Alabama head coach Nick Saban in the predawn hours Monday at his home in Tuscaloosa on animal cruelty charges. Saban, 56, was charged with 85 counts of animal cruelty in an alleged attack which occurred Saturday night in Athens, Georgia. Police said that as many as 92,138 witnesses saw Saban and a large group of violent young men under his control hit, kick, crush and destroy a large pack of mostly-docile bulldogs. One officer was quoted as saying, "I haven't seen bulldogs treated this badly since the Michael Vick case."

If it's a joke, why is it on so many media sites? Can you post a link of it being a joke, please?

One of the most obvious tip-offs that it is a joke, is the reference to "92,138 witnesses". LOL

Why is he a jerk? Because you don't get the joke?

It is OBVIOUSLY a JOKE, semi.  Only someone who is absolutely clueless would consider it as anything other than a JOKE and necessitate its being explained by others who have at least a basic sense of humor and appreciation of the gridiron success of the TIDE last Saturday. Good jokes are often repeated on numerous media sites, but the frequency of repetition is no indication that the item is factually accurate in its literal sense.

BTW, what is a "Celesta being?" Are you referring to someone skilled in the use of this instrument?

"The celesta /sɨˈlɛstə/ or celeste /sɨˈlɛst/ is a struck idiophone operated by a keyboard. It looks similar to an upright piano (four- or five-octave), or a large wooden music box (three-octave). The keys connect to hammers that strike a graduated set of metal (usually steel) plates suspended over wooden resonators. Four- or five-octave models usually have a pedal that sustains or damps the sound. The three-octave instruments do not have a pedal because of their small "table-top" design. One of the best-known works that uses the celesta is Tchaikovsky's "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy" from The Nutcracker."

Talk about GULLIBLE!! You actually READ the article and believed that there were 92,138 WITNESSES to this purported assault?  It is not necessary to "keep up with football" in order to exercise just a tiny bit of common sense!

Semi,

A bit of Christian understanding towards Condie.  He still goes to the front door and shout for the kids to get off his lawn.. Never mind, that there's only a hallway outside his room in the home his family obviously sent him to.

I'm getting old, too. Just trying to avoid crazy, old coot status.

There is nothing Christian about your snide, snarky attempt to dismiss me with your wrongheaded, speculative, and unjustified assessment of my living arrangements and behavior.  If you think that such vilification achieves any advantage for you, you are sadly mistaken.

As someone who absurdly confuses magnetism with gravitational force, you have poor intellectual credentials for critiquing anyone else's state of mine.

I doubt you could pay kids to even walk past his house.

You just can't handle the truth, Best, so you blither  and blurt a bunch of asinine, absurd and irrelevant drivel as though it were authoritative.  Well, it is no more authoritative than that silly, juvenile "Bawahahahahahahahahaha!" You are truly pitiful.

You will note that dire has not replied to my post concerning his confusion over magnetism and gravitational forces, Best.  That is because he knows I have shown how confused he was on a matter which he so confidently--and wrongly--pontificated on earlier.  But keep on working on my spelling and I will keep on working on yours in this mutual assistance relationship that we have embarked upon.

Seem to have hit a raw nerve, I did.  I am hardly the first to comment upon your condition.  Several have commented on your recent obsessions, and devolving manner of comments from curmudgeon to crazy old coot status.

Unfortunately, the above statement is another example of your faltering capacities.  From the source you linked concerning the above.

"It is likely that some of the early Martian atmosphere has been lost to space because Mars, like Venus has no substantial intrinsic magnetic field to protect the atmosphere from solar wind scavenging."

http://www-ssc.igpp.ucla.edu/p...ell/papers/mars_mag/

Note, first cause was loss of magnetic field, leaving the upper atmosphere vulnerable to the solar winds scouring away the upper atmosphere, to the remaining air being sucked into the surface.  Earth, like Mars, still has a gravity field.  Unlike Mars, Earth still has its magnetic field.

Spelling eh? You use the wrong word and call it a spelling error? I think you've lost your mine(sic). Bawahahahahahahahaha. I told you, if you ever fix your errors you can get back to me on other peoples' errors.
