The rep from the state seems very sympathethic with the fact that jurors are being asked to waive their $10 daily wage. This cut would save the state 20 million a year? I agree with this! Really don't need $10 to do my civic duty. Yet, when I am pulled from my job and earning no pay for this and losing my pay-check; I have a different outlook.

 Just can't see why some involved in the legal process are paid but others are expected to choose not to be paid. Doesn't the jury decide the outcome of the trial while others just voice their argument whether guilt or innocense?
