A 17-year-old Terrytown man was arrested on charges of aggravated rape and first-degree murder of an 8-month-old child Saturday afternoon, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office said.

dear god, that just makes me feel sick. i wish i hadn't read it now. how could anyone do something like that to an 8 month old baby?

I agree 100%. That's the way it used to work before we stuck our heads in the sand and became so "civilized". I suppose it was 'nicer" to subcontract it out to Law enforcement and a complacent justice system.
We just lamented the murder of a guy who killed 60,000 babies. Sure he didn't rape them to death but hey what is a life worth now adays' anyway, especially a poor or minority life.
