I know the city of Florence has a noise ordinance but what restrictions are in place in Lauderdale county?

I would love a noise ordinance in the county. I have houses on three sides of my house that has kids riding on 4 wheelers and small motorcycles. I mean they are 8 to 12 years old. They are riding them on their property, but the noise sure goes past the property line. Some of the motorcycles must have the mufflers off because they make such a loud noise & some the kids wear helmets so they can't hear them. On week days the noise starts about 3:30 & goes til dark. On the weekends it's all day long. So forget it if you want to sleep late after a week of work or if you work at nite and sleep in the day time. I have heard that these parents get mean about it if you ask them to hold it down. There is a vacant house on the block that a family rented & moved into for 2 weeks and left because of the noise. Off course if the county can't control the dog ordinance, I doubt they will do better on a noise ordinance.
