The North Alabama Kraze is seeking sponsors to assist with the expense involved in representing the Muscle Shoals - Florence area in tournament fast-pitch softball. This money goes to cover tournament fees, practice facilities, team equipment, travel expense and other items as they come up throughout the summer and fall seasons. The younger teams 8U , 10U and 12U begin practice as early as January and participate in tournaments in early March with the older teams 14U, 16U and 18U joing them in May. The summer season ends in late July with a trip to a World Series or Nationals tournament. The fall season runs from Labor Day weekend through mid November. As you can see, August and December are our "off seasons" with this much activity it becomes very costly, with the parents shouldering much of the financial burden. So, if one of our players approaches you for a donation remember you are face to face with a young lady pursuing her dream of someday playing collegiate softball, with or without a scholarship.
