Let me say up front that nutrition was one of my worst subjects in nursing school...
Fat can cause a wide variety of problems in the digestive tract; therefore, I would go with the one with more cholesterol and less fat. I'm assuming you (or whoever) has cholesterol under control.
If there should be a nutritionist reading this (or Vick, Tw0Pennies, or Shuga), please weigh in.
I'm going to agree with Firenze. Just make sure the fat is polyunsaturated, as they used to say in the old commercials. My doctor talks more about fat than cholesterol. Course, I'm just a certificate nurse.
