Is he a JIF? Peter Pan? or, generic?

Don't know. He definitely isn't kosher.  Halal, maybe.

Admittedly, Jimmy is relieved that history will no longer list him as the worst president

For someone who has the word " Truth" in their signature line, you sure don't know anything about it's meaning.
The article you posted is about Monica Lowenski, but I actually heard the intervies Carter gave from his own mouth, and he never called Obama "incompetent" . In fact, he stated that on the domestic front Obama had done well. What he did state was that he disagreed with Obama's foreign policy.
You misrepensent the truth.

______________

I guess it takes an incompetent to know one.

History will treat Carter much kinder than you . Carter had a better job creation record than Reagan. AS to the Carter years, personally I fared far better financially than I did under Nixon, and Reagan. IN fact only the Clinton years were better for me . I have fared quite well under Obama's admin , but the disastrous reign of ruin of Bush2, put me in such bad financial shape, that just getting back to even seemed like a huge gain, but so far , I'm well ahead of breaking even .

First, the link goes to an article about Jimmy Carter in Parade magazine, not Monica Lowenski.

Carter stated, "“He’s done the best he could under the circumstances,” Carter said of Obama in an interviewed published on Thursday. “His major accomplishment was Obamacare, and the implementation of it now is questionable at best.' "

The circumstances being that Obama ran a completely incompetent administration.  Obamacare isn't what it was claimed to be and will cost more upfront and in deductibles Even ER visits are up

Seeweed, we've been over this several times before. You did well in construction, where you were located, while the rest of the nation did not. I provided statistics and reports, which you dismissed out of hand.  Continue in your delusions, if you must.

Obum still hasn't produced any private sector jobs to speak of. obuma is

pushing for the Trans Pacific Partnership, the largest income redistribution

treaty of all time. Obuma,  out of pocket health care costs soared 85 percent,

tuition and fees at colleges and universities rocketed 86 percent, child care

costs rose 37 percent, housing jumped 28 percent, and the median net

worth of middle class families has fallen 17 percent since 2010.

Now the child care, if you qualify, I need not ask, can receive 100% back.

It's like someone saving from $3,800 to $4,000 a year for you. I know and

talked to some of these people.

In Carter's speech, he made further comments about Obama's failures overseas.

Former President Jimmy Carter said recently that he finds President Barack Obama's success on the world stage to be "minimal."

“I think he’s done some good things domestically like the health program and so forth, but on the world stage, just to be as objective about it as I can, I can’t think of many nations in the world where we have a better relationship now than we did when he took over,” he said in a conversation with Aspen Institute CEO Walter Isaacson last week.

“If you look at Russia, if you look at England, if you look at China, if you look at Egypt and so forth -- I’m not saying it’s his fault -- but we have not improved our relationship with individual countries and I would say that the United States influence and prestige and respect in the world is probably lower now than it was six or seven years ago,” he added.

The 39th president repeatedly said that he did not blame Obama for the current state of world affairs. Instead, Carter attributed the decline to an historical trend of the U.S. relinquishing "its unquestioned domination of world politics and cultural influence."

Carter did, however, praise John Kerry for his "outstanding” work as secretary of state.

"I can't think of many nations in the world where we have a better relationship now than we did when he took over," he added."

Obviously, Carter's comments on Kerry was faint praise for the former Secretary of State -- Hillary Clinton.
