But if you follow what he says and ignore the "uhs," he speaks in cogent and logical and grammatically-correct sentences, which can NOT be said for the fumbleton, G.W.Bush! I would rather have an "uh" here and there from someone talking sensibly and correctly than listen to an incoherent load of drivel uttered by the hopeless, hapless Bush!

Drivel is still drivel, even if it's spoken fluently.

Drivel spoken in grammatically correct English is commonly known as BS.

Easily said, but you have not offered a shred of argument to porve that anything Obama has said is drivel.

Let's see...he's a lawyer, a politician, and his lips are moving...the odds of BS coming out of his mouth are pretty high. Wink

That's JMO, and no I can't prove it...I can't prove the moon-landing actually took place on the moon either, but I got a pretty good idea.

Lay off BeternU, if anyone knows drivel, it's him/her.

Remember, he informed us that he has written speeches for Sen. Robert Byrd.
and he doesn't have to "porve" anything!

It doesn't matter what he says if he's irritated the heck out of the listeners with his uhhh and ummming. He'll be saying, "Needless to say" and "whatever" as soon as he's comfortable...

I know what you mean. The last tome that I ignored his Elmer Fudd like stuttering,I was moved to fall on my knees and praise him and beg his forgiveness for not paying enough taxes.
