I read that also, I let things like that bother me too.. Maybe someone will let us know..

How sad.....I noticed 20 years old, but I didn't know her name so I didn't read the rest ....

this is strictly rumor, but I heard swine flu, and they had to take the baby early, and she had been in ECM. source is fairly reliable.

So sad...I pray for her family and that poor baby that will never get to know her momma.

Could have been a number of things.... heart attack, stroke, aneurysm. A teacher in Decatur died either last year or the year before from a brain aneurysm. Walking down the hallway at school and just dropped. She was about 7 months pregnant and unfortunately the baby did not survive either. They listed her and the baby as having died following brief illnesses.

Swine flu was actually my first thought. Although anyone at any age could die from almost anything, swine flu would be more likely to kill an otherwise healthy person that age than a stroke or heart attack. Of course, there are rare cancers that are acute and kill rapidly. At any rate, this is very sad and my thoughts are with the family.

Unfortunately it is true that this young woman lost her life to swine flu. ECM also lost a 32 year old pregnant woman to swine flu recently. Heartbreaking.

That is sooo sad and terrible right here at the holidays too. It is sad anytime though.

A woman's immune system is suppressed when she is pregnant, so an illness like the flu can be especially dangerous.

Such a tragedy. My sympathies to the family.
